Returns
We are not accepting any returns request. This is due to our product need to handle and ship in low temperature enviroment. Once the parcel is pick up by our shipping company. Any cancellation request will not be accepted.
Refunds
For any refund request due to product damage, or any other issue, please follow the below step for refund.
1) Take a clear photo on the damage or the product with issue and send contact us soonest after you receive your. Any request on refund after 3 hours of receiving our product will not be entertain.
2) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by online banking. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your banker/issuer's policies.
3) Please check your address before check out. No refund due to error in adress by customer.
